On September 18, 2018, GM China held itsannual supplier conference in Shanghai. Guangdong Hongtu subsidiary Ningbo SWELLwas invited as the supplier of this year's "Supplier Quality ExcellenceAward" to attend the meeting of the day. Ma Chunli, the vice president ofthe operation of the Hongtu subsidiary, SWELL, accepted the award from GM Chinaon behalf of the company (the award was given by Peter Layer, vice president ofGM China).
GM's "Excellent QualityAward" is a supplier that recognizes excellence in quality in GM's globalsupply chain and has this very demanding inclusion criteria:
1. The supplier has to achieve zero PPMin the past 12 months;
2. In the past 12 months, suppliershave to achieve zero complaints, project management PRR;
3. In the past 12 months, the suppliermust deliver a 100% completion rate;
4. Suppliers have not been able tocause general stoppages or other high volume quality issues in the past 12months.
Thanksto the efforts of the company team, the company has shipped more than 2.2million parts to North America in the past 12 months and has met the abovestandards. This is a great honor.
